The Outernet is an immersive entertainment district in Central London where communities can come together to enjoy culture in new ways.
They have a building called the Now Building which broadcasts onto fully panoramic 360-degree LED screens with anamorphic and interactive capabilities as well as pop-up retail opportunities in addition to 4 large exterior digital advertising screens.
Outernet asked OOH Capital to evaluate the OOH screens – both internal and external – in the Now Building and to assess their revenue potential for the next 5-years, including a combination of all the screens and space for an experiential opportunity.

Their contributions included advising on the integration of Clear Channel's extensive portfolio of 110,000 OOH sites across Europe, assessing market opportunities, and aligning the acquisition with Bauer Media's refocused strategy for digital transformation and enhanced advertising offerings.
By collaborating with Bauer Media and other advisers, OOH Capital helped ensure a seamless transaction that strengthens Bauer Media's position as a leading European media business while expanding its capabilities in the OOH advertising sector.

ARA/SOMO
Ara Labs Inc. owns and operates the largest US network of digital car top advertising displays with more than 4,000 double-sided car top units (8000 screens). Since 2019, Ara had partnered exclusively with Uber, selling the car tops advertising inventory and provided a minimum annual guarantee (MAG) to Ara.
At the conclusion of the Uber contract Ara was seeking a new advertising partner to fulfill that same role and turned to OOH Capital to facilitate a request for proposal (RFP) process.
Ultimately, Grupo Vallas (GPO) won the contract. A Mexican company with a massive OOH network throughout Latin American, the company had plans to enter the US market. The ARA program was the path to entry. Today, the company operates car top screens as SOMO in New York City with plans to grow the network into major markets throughout the US and Latin America.
